The space

The bedroom features two queen-sized beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests and it has its own private en-suite bathroom with bathtub inside your room. You also have your own 50" Smart Roku TV for your entertainment. We also provide starter pack for essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for each guest and extras are available upon request. Inside your bathroom, you can find a hair dryer for your use and cabinets are available for your storage and styling needs. During your stay, grab the chance to create cherished memories while swimming and bonding with family, friends, and fellow guests. This house also proudly presents a vibrant living room with couches where you can relax, captivating decor, and share fun with other guests. Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your meals effortlessly, complete with essential cooking tools and dining utensils. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we kindly ask that you clean the kitchen after each use. Although we do not have a dishwasher, we supply dish soap, sponges, and dishcloths to help maintain cleanliness in the home. Close to the kitchen, you can find the hub for savoring delectable meals where you can immerse yourself in a feast of flavors and friendship in the dining area. During your free time, have fun in our epic game room where you can let the good times roll as you challenge friends in a friendly competition. Our laundry facilities are also available on a schedule for the use of guests where you can use the washer and dryer, making this chore done with utmost convenience. The house is located in a beautiful resort, a gated community with 24/7 attendance for security. Guests can go to and use the resort facilities and amenities available such as the lake, lounge, Jacuzzi, games room, walking trail, fitness center, kids play area with slides and swings, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, large space with TV for gatherings and computer room with high-speed WiFi access.

Guests have free access to the resort's clubhouse facilities, including parking and community pool for a heated swimming experience. The clubhouse also offers indoor amenities such as a gym, lounge and computer room.

Other details

We do not have a hot tub at our house. We have a pool with a spa section. There is also a larger pool that is heated at the clubhouse that can be accessed free of charge. HOUSE FREE PARKING GUIDELINES 1. To enter the resort, we will send you a QR code for your access. To generate your QR code, please send the make, model, number plate, and color of your car to us before your check-in. 2. Your room has one parking slot at the house, either in the garage or driveway. Please comply with the resort parking guidelines to avoid your vehicle being towed. 3. Park in any of the labeled parking slots, ensuring that you do not block an empty space when parking. 4. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET, GRASS, AND DO NOT BLOCK ANY PART OF THE SIDEWALK WHEN PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY. 5. Do not park on the sidewalk or on the street for even for "one minute" to grab something from the house. You may park on our driveway to load or offload your luggage from the car. The resort parking enforcement officials frequently inspect the resort and are very quick to tow vehicles that do not comply with resort rules. 6. Please note that if your vehicle gets towed, we do not reimburse towing costs, be very careful in observing parking guidelines to prevent unnecessary expenses and time waste. 7. Avoid leaving your car at the house if you are going out unless you are parked in one slot inside the garage. If another vehicle blocks your car, kindly communicate with fellow guests or reach out to us to depart promptly. 8. Guests are required to write their room number and car details on the fridge board and politely communicate with us and other guests any parking concerns. 9. If you bring more than one vehicle, additional cars can park at the alternative parking locations in the resort. The nearest lot is a 9-minute walk away, while the farthest is 19-minute walk away. 10. Do not book with us if you will be bringing a motorcycle, truck, or trailer as you will have problems with parking at the house and in the resort. 11. Vehicles with improperly displayed registration tags or expired registration tags may be towed by resort management regardless when you are parked at the house.
