RESORT PARKING GUIDELINES 1. This bedroom does not come with parking at the house and is ideal for guests who will not bring a car. 2. This listing is not suitable for guests bringing motorcycles, trucks, or trailers, as these vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the resort. 3. To enter the resort, please send the make, model, and color of your car to us before your check-in. 4. Parking may be available in the resort's free parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis; parking availability is not guaranteed. 5. Upon entering the resort, please inquire with the security at the gate for the parking locations and request a parking pass to display on your dashboard. 6. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET, GRASS, AND DO NOT BLOCK ANY PART OF THE SIDEWALK. 7. Do not park on the sidewalk or on the street for even for "one minute" to grab something from the house. 8. You may park on our driveway to load or offload your luggage from the car before bringing your car to the resort parking locations. 9. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred from unauthorized parking within the resort that results to towing of your vehicle.

DO NOT use the parking spot at the house—continued violation of this house rule may result in your car being towed at the car owner's expense. 👟 Shoes: Leave your outdoor shoes and slippers on the rack or use the provided shoe covers. Outdoor footwear are not allowed inside the house. 🫧 Laundry: Empty washers and dryers after each use. Laundry facilities are available only during designated hours and are strictly prohibited during the quiet hours. 🍽️ Dishes: Wash the cookware and dinnerware immediately after cooking and dining. Empty and clean any pots/pans and kitchen appliances you used for cooking and preparing your meals right away. 🗑 Trash: Tie the trash bags securely when the trash bins are full and place the tied bags inside the trash box located outside the house for valet trash collection.
