HOUSE FREE PARKING GUIDELINES 1. To enter the resort, we will send you a QR code for your access. To generate your QR code, please send the make, model, number plate, and color of your car to us before your check-in. 2. Your room has one parking slot at the house, either in the garage or driveway. Please comply with the resort parking guidelines to avoid your vehicle being towed. 3. Park in any of the labeled parking slots, ensuring that you do not block an empty space when parking. 4. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET, GRASS, AND DO NOT BLOCK ANY PART OF THE SIDEWALK WHEN PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY. 5. Do not park on the sidewalk or on the street for even for "one minute" to grab something from the house. You may park on our driveway to load or offload your luggage from the car. The resort parking enforcement officials frequently inspect the resort and are very quick to tow vehicles that do not comply with resort rules. 6. Please note that if your vehicle gets towed, we do not reimburse towing costs, be very careful in observing parking guidelines to prevent unnecessary expenses and time waste. 7. Avoid leaving your car at the house if you are going out unless you are parked in one slot inside the garage. If another vehicle blocks your car, kindly communicate with fellow guests or reach out to us to depart promptly. 8. Guests are required to write their room number and car details on the fridge board and politely communicate with us and other guests any parking concerns. 9. If you bring more than one vehicle, additional cars can park at the alternative parking locations in the resort. The nearest lot is a 9-minute walk away, while the farthest is 19-minute walk away. 10. Do not book with us if you will be bringing a motorcycle, truck, or trailer as you will have problems with parking at the house and in the resort. 11. Vehicles with improperly displayed registration tags or expired registration tags may be towed by resort management regardless when you are parked at the house.

Laundry facilities are available only during designated hours and are strictly prohibited during the quiet hours. 🍽️ Dishes: Wash the cookware and dinnerware immediately after cooking and dining. Empty and clean any pots/pans and kitchen appliances you used for cooking and preparing your meals right away. 🗑 Trash: Tie the trash bags securely when the trash bins are full and place the tied bags inside the trash box located outside the house for valet trash collection.
